After being without Hot Water for the past 3-4 weeks and getting frustrated with the horrible customer service from Sears, we reached out to a friend for a referral. To my surprise I didn't have to move either appliance out of the way and didn't have any walls to repaint either.
Since recently repainting the room, I was concerned about what damage the replacement would do to the walls.
They used a compression adapter to the old pipes to attach the new 1/4 turn valves. Not a hitch in the process and no leaks!
I needed to replace my original washing machine valves. Paul came and suggested the 1/4 turn type, just what I wanted.

I have been using P.A.C. for over ten years for all my plumbing, heating and A/C at multiple properties on SI. It's very simple. Get a service contract with P.A.C., they come and check out the unit twice a year and make sure you're good to go for the season. Any issues call and they come and resolve it quickly.
