Lou came to my home on a Memorial Day Weekend to perform repair work that was done in earl April that had failed. He was efficient and corrected an issue that may have been missed by the prior technician. Very Happy with the work done and Lou's attitude to do the thing. The attitudes of the service technician was negative from the beginning. Did not say hello just complain he had to come out five minutes away from beinghome. He complained that everyday is a long day and continued his complaints about having to do what he gets paid to do. He then said if he has to stay and do the work he won't get steak for dinner instead he is going to eat pizza-poor customer service after wanting to charge me $425.00 to clear a drain. This was very unprofessional behavior of a representative or owner of Capital plumbing. Best $50.00 spent to make sure I NEVER call them again.
