I receive a call the day before the appointment, stating that the Dr. would not be in for my appointment. When I asked to reschedule am told that he decided he can not help you. I had already taken the day off from work, at my own expense. My question is that if for some unknown reason the doctor did not want to see me, was I not notified in a timely manner after making the appointment? Instead I waited in pain for months when I would have seen another Dr. BTW my insurance is in order, and, I was refereed by my family Dr. This does not to me anyway, represent a caring physician in any way. This kind of poor treatment should not be allowed. We as patients have a right to expect simple consideration. This is the only bad review of any Dr. that I have ever written.
