The mechanics are knowledgeable and shop well managed. Staff pointed out on my car what was needed for me to directly see. They answered all questions happily. They gave me a lot of updates about the work progress. All this reassured me that the work was needed and done right.
This place has 5 stars for a reason. I bring my car here from Brooklyn and pay the toll because it's worth it. You won't find a nicer more honest auto repair shop in NYC. They won't suggest anything unless it's necessary. They are not here to steal your money. Very quick service.
Just would like to share a recent experience. The other day I mistakenly filled my truck with diesel fuel. i didn't realize it right away and by the time I got almost where I was going, I was certain based on the noise, the smoke, and completely stalling out,,that the truck was toast. I had it towed to Olympia auto,which is a block from my house...The moment I got there the owner Joe and a one of his mechanics put me at ease telling me to relax and that they would get right on it. They did, and by the end of the day they where confident they had it fixed. I just picked up the the truck and couldn't be more satisfied. It's running great..And knowing that they worked on it all day the bill could not have been more responsible. Thanks Guys.
